Working towards wellness can sometimes seem like pretty hard work. To counteract this, I thought I might need a little dose of silly with a side of homeopathic information for the newbie and veteran alike:

An Alliterative Alphabetical Abridged Anthology of Homeopathic Remedies
A is for Arnica, Assisting the Athlete, Alleviating the Accident prone, and Awesome in first Aid
Curses to you, Camelback Mountain…
B is for Belladonna, making Believers out of Mom or Dad homeopaths for years
C is for Chamomilla and Coffea, from Calm to Caffeinated!
D is for Digitalis, a plant Doing Double healing Duty
E is for Every Element on the periodic table (just kidding, E is for Euphrasia, also known as Eyebright)
F is for Ferrum, an iron willed Fighter of a remedy
G is for Gelsemium, for certain strains of flu
H is for Hydrogen, Helium, Helleborus, Hypericum
I is for Ignatia or “St. Ignatius’ Bean,” a saintly remedy for your repertoire!
J is for Juniper (but no, you can’t just drink gin!)
K is for Kali Carbonicum, Kali Iodatum, Kali Bichromicum… Kali Kardashian? Well, not yet…
L is for Lac Defloratum, did you guess that this is just a fancy way of saying “cow’s milk”?
M is for Magnesium Carbonicum, Major Menstrual Magic!
N is for Natrum Muriaticum, or at the dinner table, “salt”
O is for Oh so sweetly Odored Oleander
P is for Phosphorus (not Preposterous that this Popular element would Provide such a Powerful Punch!
Q is for Quinine, which in remedy form is called “Cinchona” or “China,” and is the remedy that started it all!
R is for Rhus Tox, the Rusty gate Remedy (ask me why!)
S is for Sepia, Super ingredient- an ink from under the Sea!
T is for Tarentula Hispanica… but even arachnophobes need not fear this remedy!
U is for Urtica Urens. Say what, U say? Perhaps U know it as Stinging Nettle!
V is for Valeriana, of Vital Virtue to the homeopath
W is for Water, in Which each substance is diluted into a most Wisely made and gently Working remedy… simply Wonderful!
X is for Xanthoxylum, an Xcellent little remedy
Y is for Yucca, but kids like to take remedies with no “YUCK-as” heard
Z is for Zincum… well we certainly just Zipped right through these!
